Demonstrate your skills with your Unit and play your chosen sport with them.
You’re not expected to play the role of an instructor and an adult should supervise you all.
Talk about any safety procedures and rules in your chosen sport, and how to abide by them.
Take part in at least two competitions or demonstrations.
Talk about your performance and ways to improve with your coach or instructor.
Take part in regular racquet sport sessions over at least three months.
Practise at home, in the garden, or at a local court.
Keep track of your rally length, accuracy, and control to show improvement over time.

Practise serving into marked target zones using tape, chalk, or cones.
Use a wall or partner for forehand/backhand control drills.
Record your starting scores and see how your accuracy improves each month.

Show your skills to your Unit or leader.
Demonstrate serving, rallying, footwork, and control.
Play a short rally or match during a Unit night or send a short video of your progress.

Safe spacing & swing awareness
Warm-up routines
Basic scoring rules
What counts as a fault

Take part in two competitions or challenges, such as:
A tournament/game with your club
A game with your explorer unit
A serve accuracy challenge
Longest rally or timed rally challenge
After each one, reflect on what went well and how you can improve.

Take part in a demonstration event where you show a drill or play a short match.
Discuss your performance afterward with an instructor, parent, or leader.
