Regularly take part in a street sport activity (such as rollerskating, skateboarding, BMX, parkour or another agreed street sport) and show improvement over at least three months.
Demonstrate skills in your chosen sport to your Unit and undertake a street sport together.
Explain the safety procedures and rules in your chosen sport, including where to undertake street sports safely and responsibly.
Show how to care for your equipment and explain what you should look out for when it’s nearing the end of its life.
Take part in a challenge such as:
A simple trick-attempt session
A mini flow line
Smoothest run contest
Balance challenges
Beginner trick demonstration for others
Reflect afterward on what went well and what you want to improve next.
